Scotty, I have a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis LS automatic, just pushed over the 150k mark. The outside is in meh condition, but the car runs fine, oil changed every 3k, well serviced, and has even had the front end and all suspension completely rebuilt/redone, by my own hands. Been great, but I'm thinking about selling it off, getting something newer. Check engine light is one, but it's one evap code that sometimes fixes itself when the gas runs way low, or topped off. Passes inspection. What's a fair price to expect to get? I'm hoping for the higher end of the $4k mark.
I would offer you $500 tops
i am looking at one this weekend, they are asking for $4K, '96 , less miles one owner, he hasn't any takers so far, i would take it for $3K though as it is in excellent condition, the sticker was $26K new
