coolant in reservoir is a little below the low mark, want to top up
is peak 50/50 Asian vehicle red ok to use? Obviously if I was flushing I’d go w OEM fluid, but we are talking about adding a pint or less to reservoir.

Top up the reservoir when the engine is warmed up. Check your owner's manual for coolant specifications.

Get the one that fits your car and top it off. I would buy Toyota OEM coolant to match with what you got in the system.
