Toyota 200 series Land Cruiser Vibration noise passenger side wheel well?

Hi Scotty,

My father's Toyota Land Cruiser 200 series has a weird vibration sounding noise that tends to happen whenever applying the brakes and coming to a stop in the front right wheel well/passenger side. It does not translate to the steering wheel/wheels either, all that happens is we hear the noise sometimes. Any ideas? Dealership "couldn't replicate the noise" and just gave it right back.

Thanks!

Year? Mileage? Does it happen frequently enough to make a YouTube video of the noise & post the link here?

2018, about 80k miles, has been pretty much a pavement princess except for a few trips to the desert but it's been making the noise since we got it. We are the 2md owners so I am un-aware of what the previous owner did with it. Bought it stock, only upgrades were larger wheels/tires professionally installed, aligned, and balanced. Worth noting the noise was happening before the tire/wheel change.

Have you checked the thickness of the brake pads?

If it’s not worn out/bad quality brake pads, try using this method to pinpoint the source of the noise -
