2006 RAV4 Sport V6 217,000 miles had sunroof rattle and I replace the sunroof seal and the sound is gone. But when I put the T25 torx back in one screw is okay but the other 3 thread of the screws are stripped I think kind of like the link (below). How do I get the T25 holding the sunroof out? I tried vice grip and pushing the screw from the other side and unscrewing the screw but to no avail. Drilling it out is out of my expertise as the local junkyard have no RAV4 that I could get parts in case I break it. Trying to figure it out before I take it to the dealership to fix it.

Yeah you gotta drill it out or use an extractor or easy out. Or snip the heads off. If being nice doesn't work, you have have to be more persuasive.
Whatever you do, don't butcher it like the guy in your link, with the low grade steel bolts.

Thank you. I will try to take it out for a few more week before I go to the dealership and see how much for them to take the torx t 25 out.
