I have a problem with my 4runner where the wheel tends to shake when I hit 60. It doesn't do it all the time, but most of the time. and when it does, it is of varying intensity - sometimes the wheel shakes lightly, sometimes violently almost. it doesn't do it at 50mph. and it doesn't do it at 70mph. just right around 60. any thoughts?

I do have a problem with my rear passenger tire consistently dropping pressure more quickly than the other three. When I fill them equally, you can bet that in a week or so, the right rear will end up a couple of lbs beneath the other 3. it cant be a leak bc It will only drop a couple, 3 lbs in a few weeks/month. its either that, or the balancing, or both.

Make sure your lug nuts on the wheels are torqued to spec. That’s one of the first places to check. It could be something else, but start with the simple stuff first.

My lugnuts on my BMW X5 weren’t torqued to spec and was shaking at highway speeds.
