Hey Scotty! I have a 1999 Toyota 4Runner Limited 2WD w/ 160K miles. I have a minor either tapping noise or scratching noise that happens only on start up and a few minutes after start up but goes away after I drive it and it’s warmed up. I have a video with a link below on YouTube showing it. What do you think this could be?

Well I would say take all the fan belts off and run it. If the noise goes away then figure out which part is making the noise like water pump, power, steering, alternator, whatever. But if the noise stays then it is internal to the engine. But rebuilding those things isn't cheap and if it goes away once it's warmed up, many people drive them years that way
