I have a 2004 Toyota Echo automatic 200k miles with the code p0171 (system too lean). Fuel consumption when up like crazy and it idles rough when hot.
I checked the freeze frame data:
RPM 642
Stft is 9.1%
Ltft is 32.4%.
I don't have live data. I cleaned the MAF, checked for leaks with carb cleaner, cleaned the throttle body, changed the intake gasket and even repaired a small leak near the 1st O2 sensor. Still no changes...

Have a mechanic to check the MAF sensor data to make sure it works fine.
