Hello, looking at a Toyota Sequoia Limited Sport Utility 4WD with 197,000 miles for which they are asking $14,000. What do you think? Okay deal? Or too much? Thank you.

Too much money.

Thanks, yaser ...Thinking I should just buy a RAV4 for sale locally for $24,995 with 67,000 miles, its a 2017 one owner car... or is THAT over priced too?

Definitely yes since the new one is cheaper.

The Sequoia is definitely very overpriced. As for the Rav4 a brand new 2022 Rav4 the LE trim is $26525 so I think the $25k for a 2017 model with 67k miles is too much too. Either get the 2022 or see if a dealer has any 2021 model left that they might sell for a lower price (don't expect a lot lower price but maybe at least a bit under msrp given current conditions).

Check very carefully for frame rust structural issues

Keep looking, that is an eye-watering amount of money for a 2008 Sequoia that has almost 200k miles.
