Hi Scotty I have a 2008 toyota sienna with remote start and for some reason the battery runs out, I recharge the battery using a charger and noco battery maintenance turns on again but I don't explain why the battery discharges so fast it is normal or it could be something else

See this excellent video below by Master Mechanic The Car Wizard on tracking down a battery drain:

You have battery drain somewhere, you should fix it before putting a new battery. Scotty has a video on that.

The remote starter could be causing a parasitic draw.
The dealer checks the remote start and nothing is wrong
Is the remote starter aftermarket? If so I would consider removing it.
