That’s drastic! What are your options other than the Jeep SUV? If it’s going to be your daily, I think it’s a bad idea..
It it's a straight six...it'll be more reliable as far as the motor. But.. thats a big drop. and the trannys get weak when they're older sometimes..put yours on facebook market place, and craigslist for trade ,see what you get offered

2014 for a 2004?! I’d probably keep the 2014 unless there is a reason you need to get rid of the car or need an SUV.
Keep the newer one for now and downgrade to something newer, at least 2010. Maybe not a Jeep.
