Tranny fluid change for first time after 100k/20 years?

I recently bought an 01 Blazer LT with the 4.3L v6 automatic with 100k. Thing runs and shifts awesome, no issues with it. I like to keep up with maintenance and want to change the tranny fluid and any others such as the diff or transfer case but Its never been done before. I'm 20 and I'd like to keep the thing for 3-5 years. Should I just change the oil and pray?

I have a 06 impala with 236k it’s starting to burn my trans fluid granted mine has more miles then yours but it’s been a damn good car I love my Chevy but I’m snatching the stupid battery loose cause I don’t feel like unplugging those dumb actuators and sending unit my passenger actuator and the Blend door actuator are shot not the mention the sending unit probably needs replacement or reprogramming the actuators going out for the heating/ac is normal in GM vehicles
