I have a 1995 Oldsmobile Silhouette in amazingly good shape. 122 k miles. The trans fluid is still pink and the trans shifts fine. At 50 mph. its only turning 1200 rpm. The manual says not to change the fluid unless the can is used in extreme service, [ it isn't ]. I got it used, so I don;t know if the previous owner changed the fluid. Should I change it as a precaution?

Drain and fill only. Do not flush.
