Ok so from yesterday if yall reviewed my question I for got the magnet in my trans pan .....I put i little bit more gasket maker on there to help the old seal .....the tube says 24hr cure ...but would there be any hr ratio between 24hrs that I could filled it up on trans fluid 💡

If you're using gasket maker/sealer and don't allow adequate curing time it could leak.
Worse case scenario, you'll have to do the job over.
If you have to choose between your job and a transmission leak, then wait as long as possible to refill it and risk it.
I have both a gasket and some sealant on there I for got that part to
