Transmission and misfire

Scotty I just bought from dealer, a 2017 Toyota Yaris. Looked and drove good. No codes. While driving it to work I noticed it felt slow to shift into 2nd so I ran the live data it said I had a slip at 45k miles. Does this mean my transmission is going out or do I just need to flush the fluid and see if it gets better I’m at 47000 now was gonna flush at 50k anyways.

When I was checking the live data I also noticed it said I had several misfires in different valves. How much should I worry about this and should I just try to trade it in and get as much as I can for it.

Could be. You can try changing fluid (and filter if applicable) to see if that helps. Don't do a power flush, just a drain and fill operation.

One question per topic please, per the forum rules posted near the top of the main page. There are many things that can cause misfires, a lot of them minor. See the troubleshooting section of the FAQ, and start a new topic for the problem if you need further assistance.

That depends on how serious these problems are.
