Hi everyone I know I have had this question answered before but this video at 11 seconds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBTNNHxgYNw really gets me thinking I honestly have no idea if the previous owner ever changed the transmission fluid in my 2013 chevy impala that officially has 100,000 miles on it now , I am assuming its to late and start looking for other options , is this correct or is there a chance it could still be done and make it last a bit longer. Thank you everyone again

I went through this very situation 1 year ago with my 2005 4Runner @133K Miles. Changed the filter and did a drain/fill with new tranny fluid. 13K miles later no issues at all, hope this helps.

Thank you @ScottyV ill get right on that on that with my upcoming tune up.

You'll be fine. Just change the fluid. If you're worried then keep the old stuff and you can always put it back in.

Thank you again @mountainmanjoe

It seems like the more videos Scotty makes about ATF, the more people panic about it, and ask questions here. The more people ask about ATF here, the more video Scotty makes about it ....

The perfect vicious cycle.

This is probably THe most commonly asked question.

I can see that, it is one of those things though that I am lucky to have this community for since at the moment and ,I am sure it is with everyone too but its tough to afford any major issues right now so gambles isnt something on my list of things to do lol XD thank you guys again.
