Hey Scotty I’ve got a 2003 Toyota 4Runner that’s an automatic transmission with 108,000 miles on it. Should I get the transmission fluid changed or leave it be. I don’t believe it has ever had the transmission fluid changed so far. The vehicle is in excellent condition. Also what transmission fluid would I need because the owners manual just tells me to buy genuine Toyota transmission fluid.

Yes, go ahead and change it (drain and refill). You can use WS fluids.
