Hey scotty how are you. I have a 2003 Lexus ES300 and I wanted to change the transmission fluid but I just got the car a few months ago and I have no record of when it has been changed last, Is it safe to change the fluid or should I leave it as is?

I have 161000
When I accelerate it jumps it might be a delay from gas pedal I'm not sure what it can be
