Transmission fluid change vs Flush

Hey Scotty, I have a 2000 Lexus LS400 with 143,000 Miles. My transmission fluid is maroon red but not brown or black, the previous owner was an old lady who took very great care of the car. I’m just wondering when the time comes should I have the trans fluid flushed or just the pan fluid changed? Car shifts perfectly fine.

Just service the transmission, never do a flush, it's expensive and even transmission shops can screw up your transmission with a bad flush.

It's not rocket science, you can do it yourself. Take off the drain plug, let it drain, put it back in with a new gasket, measure what came out and put back in the same amount of the recommended ATF written in the owner's manual.
