Good evening Scotty,
I recently purchased some genuine Lexus Transmission fluid. The part number is 00289-ATFWS-LX. Will this be compatible in a 2007 Toyota Avalon Transmission: U151E?

Yes that will work. Your transmission calls for Toyota WS fluid. They are the same WS fluid its just that one bottle says Lexus and the other says Toyota.
