2005 F250 super duty with a 5.4 Triton 3V 91,000 miles
I've heard oil flow issues cause or aggravate most of the problems this engine has. Is it worth upgrading the oil pump, and if so, should I flush the oil before or after replacing it?

I would flush the off first then I would replace it and it is a good idea
