Troubleshoot 2009 Lexus RX350 EVAP

New to me 2009 Lexus RX350 with an EVAP leak.

Codes: P0441, P0455 and P0430.

I’ve replaced the EVAP pressure sensor and inspected the lines around the engine. All look to be in good condition.

Possible linked symptom is whenever filling the tank the fuel overfills and spills out the fill neck, as if the pressure isn’t building to shutoff the fuel pump.

How should I go about troubleshooting this? Could it be the charcoal canister? Any way to troubleshoot the canister without tearing things apart?

Sounds like your fuel tank vent line is broken and leaking somewhere.

A smoke machine can help you find it.
