I purchased this 09 Chevrolet Tahoe new. It has a 5.3 engine with 187k miles on it. The code I get is an evap large leak. I have replaced the evap purge valve, evap charcoal vapor canister, and the evap solenoid canister. When I removed all of these, there was charcoal in the lines. One of the lines is probably clogged with charcoal. I want to fix this myself without dropping the fuel tank. Could I use a close hanger or a similar device to clear the clog?

I think compressed air would work better, but I think the hoses cost around $10 so it's probably not worth your trouble. Chances are you'll just damage the 16 year old rubber.
