- Hey Scotty, I have tundra 2007 5.7 L. 180k. If I drive 35 mph the automatic transmission shift to sixth gear, which gives me 1000 RPM and then car start a little bit shake. When I take my foot off the gas and step on it again transmission go to the fifth gear and than is no more shake.
- Could it be a transmission? And if so, what should I do to prevent the further damage?

Sounds like the torque converter. Change the ATF and filter and see if it helps.
Check the differential fluid as well.

Check all your vacuum lines. It could be that simple.
