Turbo problems

Hey Scotty,

My Mazda 3 2005 1.6 hdi diesel Manual with 160.000km (100.000 miles), has had a problem with boost for a long time which makes the turbo not work on low RPMs and i can´t figure out what is causing it. I know that the pressure transductor didn´t work correctly because it didn`t vary the vaccum that it sends to the actuador that controls the variable turbo. I changed it and it still has the same problem... I checked the voltage of the connector to the pressure transductor and it sends basically a constant 11V ish, I believe that it should vary while it accelerates but it doesn´t, it only varies when lifting of the throttle, which makes me think it might be the ECU or a module that might controll it. I´ve seen on forums that changing the MAF sensor and the pressure transducter should bring back the power, i tried disconnecting the MAF sensor to make it use fixed info and makes it a little bit faster but doesn´t really fix it at all. I wonder if I should just give up and live with it because it is to much of a headache.

Yeah giving up makes sense there. Most of the stuff comes down to the turbo itself. Just being worn out the only lasts so long
