So in my Camry for some reason I wanted to check the coolant in the radiator and it’s green and the coolant in the reservoir is red is that normal?

Not normal.  Some one made a mistake and mixed the two different fluids.

Dunno if it's warm enough where you are to do a flush but once you're able, go to the parts store & have the clerk look up what coolant your car needs/what the capacity is, buy a bit more than the full capacity. I usually get one more gallon than necessary just in case.

The flush process is simple, just be sure to catch it all it a bucket then run water through until it comes out clean. May as well replace the thermostat while you're at it because it has to come out anyways. That'll save you time/money down the road.

What I do with used coolant or any other fluids is leave it in a marked container in front of any major parts stores front door while they're closed at night. They can't just dump it so it'll get disposed of properly.

I had an idiot mechanic add water to a premixed pink coolant once. Sure he did it on purpose.
