05 Dodge Caravan SE with 4 cylinder. Bought new android cell type C charger. Tried 3 on van ; all blew out the 15 fuse controlling lighter & cd radio. Old type did not. Try a 20 fuse ? Vehicel has only 46k. Only other problem was leaking rack.

New chargers use more power, and it looks like your circuits can't handle it. Do not change the fuse because it is there to prevent an overload.
Either stick to the old charger, or run a new fused circuit from the battery or distribution panel using heavier gauge wires.

DO NOT PUT A HIGHER AMP FUSE
Sometimes the charger is just cheaply made and not grounded properly. Buy a high quality one.
