I would like to purchase a used Toyota Camry XLE what would be the best year? and how many miles should I stay under?

As far as mileage, the limit on mileage is more driven by how the car has been driven and taken care of. I'd buy one with 200K that's been taken care of over one with 50k that's been driven roughly, run into curbs and maybe other cars, and not had any oil changes.
But I think most would say that 100-150K would not be a problem - if cared for, another 100-150k would not be a stretch.
