Hey guys ,  I've been eyeing this Used 2014 Tundra(24k negotiated price)  has 178k miles rough country lift , 4x4 , K&N Cold Air intake ,Led Headlights, LED Fog lights, Tow package, Backup cam, Tint, brand new rear leaf springs. he says most of the miles are a lot of highway . He also has up to date maintenance records.

I know its a tundra but just worried about the miles mostly.i know tundras are know for reliability .  Also worried about how much life i can get out of it if i buy it with that many miles . I don't plan on buying another vehicle for a long time pretty much until its not worth fixing . that's my goals regarding my next vehicle. i was going to get a PPI as well.

The price is outrageous.  The lift kit and cold air system are a complete waste of money.  Who needs a lift kit for highway miles?  The after market filter will screw up your MAF sensor.  Why does it have new leaf springs?  I would run from this purchase.

Yea I would look for a more "unmodified" tundra myself. Mods to me always signal "what are they doing these for" type flags.

Run away.  A cold intake is a waste and could make the vehicle run worse The whole situation seems fishy.

Guys with modded trucks often try to recover the stupid money they spent with outrageous sell prices.

The reality is (and you can ask any appraiser) that mods DECREASE resale value. You find this out quickly from the insurance company if you ever get in an accident.

You can probably expect headaches with this truck. I would avoid it.
