Van getting hot than normal

Ok I have been having a issue with my 09 Chrysler town and country 3.3l lx ... so it start to get hot than normal so I went to change the termostat and I still had the issue so I went for the radiator but still have the problem so long story short I've changed everything in the cooling system and the heater hoses with aluminum t's I thought maybe the plastic ones were cracked but nope I still have the issue so I change all fuse, relay, and the whole fan shroud but still gets hot it doesn't get to the red point but does get go a bit further than it should and I live in so cal so it's not hot for it to run hotter than normal... I took it to a mechanic and they did a job to test the block a to see maybe a cracked head gasket but no that wasn't the issue and they pretty much told me that there isn't no problem with any of the cooling system and that fans are turning on when they supposed to so now I'm at a point of what in the heck is keeping my engine warmer my two guesses would be a electrical problem with the van or the exhaust system? Please please please help me

Checking the water pump and maybe doing some coolent flushes to flush out your engine     You might also try a new radiator cap

is the radiator packed with bugs and junk?

Check out Scotty's Youtube videos about overheating. They're good.

If you’ve changed the radiator, pipes, pumps and fans, and you’re not losing any coolant. It might be worthwhile double checking for any air in the cooling system. I imagine you’ve done a few coolant flushes as you’ve changed the parts so double check there’s no air. Usually you can do this via the bleed valve close or around the front radiator.

when the car is warm. Turn your heating inside the car fully on to circulate system fully to see if this has any effect on the temp gauge.

lastly, it’ll be good to know roughly how hot your car is running. Is it only slightly above the half way line of about to touch the red ?

Here's the problem.  The way the radiator sits in there, a bubble of air hides near the water pump intake hose.  Here's how to fix it.  You "burp" it by finding a steep driveway or 30 degree incline some where.

Back the van up the incline, turn off engine. Then restart 2 or 3 times.

Do that with left side high on incline, and right side high on incline.

Finally, put the nose up the incline and start it and race the engine for 20 seconds 3 or 4 times.  That should burp it.
