I have a 2011 Ford E250 Cargo Van. 195K miles. 4.6L V8
The AC and Heater will (when in any position) switch from the floor to defroster then to vent mode, then back to the floor, etc. It switches places around every few minutes. Other than the air moving to different areas on its own, it works fine. What do I need to replace?

If the vent selector is vacuum actuated like on GM's, then it sounds like your vacuum source is leaky. You'll have to trace the leak and replace the whatever hoses/checkvalve/reservoir is leaking.
