My grandpa's 2007 Chevy Silverado has a vibration in the suspension when the truck goes over 60 mph. Idk what causes it. Does anyone know possible ways how to fix it?

That's a traditional symptom of tire imbalance. How old are the tires? It would also be a good idea to check for loose parts in the suspension of a 15-year-old truck.
