I need to change to pads and rotors on my 17 F150. What are quality economy and midgrade brands of rotors? Auto part stores and dealers charge too much. I've been considering Raybestos rotors.

Any of the leading brands in brake parts should be fine. (Raybestos would be among them.) You don't want to cheap out on brake parts so avoid the low-end "economy" line of rotors no matter what the brand.

Anything that comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
