[Solved] 2015 Corolla knocking sound using brakes over 30 mph

Hi Scotty,

we noticed a knocking sound on the driver front side of our Corolla 2015 while applying brakes at a higher speed over 30 mph.  That noise only happens when we brake.  We already replaced lower ball joint, outer steering control arm links and sway bar links on the driver side.  It sounds like the knocking noise comes from the strut or perhaps just the strut mount or maybe the engine mount.  How can we determine the exact cause/location of a problem?  We have recorded a short video of when the noise happens, is there a way to submit it to you?  We would really appreciate any advice you could give us.  Thank you,

Slavek
