I would like to purchase an air compressor, jumper type unit for emergencies to have around the house. Which one is best and the easiest to use on motorcycle tires?

I think you mean tire inflator, not air compressor.
There's a lot of them out there. I would choose something that you can take back to your local store if there's a problem. Something with good reviews and warranty.

I used DeWalt for over 5 years, no issues so far. Even built a shed with it. 6 Gal, DWFP55126
I keep it in the garage to inflate tires, etc. Unless, you are looking for something else...
