I’m helping my grandma choose a new vehicle to lease. he’s looking at compact suvs. I recommended the Mazda CX5 since I know they are pretty good cars. reliability isn’t a concern at all since he’s leasing so we can pretty much choose anything. I think the CX5 would still be worthy of buying after the lease. It has the 2.5 liter non turbo. What do you think?

I would suggest taking her to look at, and drive several. The older I get, the more comfort is a factor in the car I choose.

That sounds like a pretty good vehicle, especially if you don't care about something is going to last three or four hundred thousand miles. In that case I would get a Toyota instead but if she isn't driving much that it Mazda is fine
