I hear 30lb , 45lb, etc… the injectors need to withstand the pressures. So.. which is it?
Correct me if I’m wrong but, isn’t 45lb or is it more?

The 2003 F150 5.4L were either:

260-hp 5.4-liter sohc 16-valve V8

or

380-hp supercharged 5.4-liter sohc 16-valve V8.

Not that it's relevant in your case but they even made one with an NGV ((Natural Gas Fuel System))

But either way the fuel pressure spec won't be a specific PSI. It will be within a range of PSI's.

Select your engine and read across to the fuel psi spec

Ok thanks but, one things is clear yet. Why are the injectors a bit heavier then then the new ones? Not much difference though barely noticeable

There’s a slight difference between them also, when I order different ones then the ones I have now the were very light

Did you use OEM fuel injectors? Knock-off Chinese parts won't do. If you're ordering fuel injectors, they gotta be OEM, or your engine will likely have problems.

why do you want to know?

I'm still lost as to why you need this information , and why you don't just order original injectors.
