Which comes first, new tires or an alignment?

I have a 2014 Silverado 1500 4x4.  228,000+ miles and still running strong!

I am ready for new front tires (rears were replace a few thousand miles ago) and I know I need an alignment based on tire wear patterns.

Which should  do first?  New tires or an alignment...or does it even matter.  Services will be performed at two separate locations (tire store doesn't do alignments) within a day or two of each other.

Thank you for your insight!

I always get an alignment immediately AFTER getting new tires.  I want the alignment with the new tires, not the old ones.

I always get alignment done after getting new tires.

If they are done within a few days of each other it should not be to big of a deal either way. In reality you probably should do an alignment  first.

tires have no effect on alignment, but alignment affects tires.
