2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee overheating again, replaced water pump about a year ago and thermostat yesterday. Still overheating. I did a little research and heard there was a bag batch of Mopar water pump sold last year. Could it be the water pump again?

You may find your answer in the FAQs, hyperlinked here: https://carkiller.com/scottykilmer/howto/overheat/

Did you elevate the front of the car so that the heater core is able to be filled up after the thermostat change? The heater core is the highest part of the cooling system, and if you didn't elevate the radiator so it's above the heater core, that could be part of your problem.
