I have changed spark plugs, cleaned throttle body, cleaned MAP Sensor. Don’t know if it would be fuel pump/filter or fuel injectors.
i have a 2013 hyundai elantra with about 79,000 miles which is 75% highway miles (college car which college was 8 hours away)
I would lean on the side of motor mounts. My old car has this same problem and the engine shakes like mad in reverse. I’m assuming one of the transmission mounts have gone out

If it isn’t the mounts, check the MAF sensor.
