Hey my Mazda 6 2005 is having some issues it takes 20-30 minutes to warm up and select a gear it won't move unless it warm enough it's been happening for a few months now and if I try to put it in drive to early it goes through all the gears then shows no gears and pops the AT light on in my car it runs fine but if it gets to cold will driving it goes limp and has no gears
For warming up issue, change the thermostat.
Regarding the transmission issue, when was the last time you serviced it?
Does it have enough fluid? When is the last time fluid and filter were changed?
You may have the wrong, low temperature thermostat or a fail safe thermostat that has failed in the open position. Check the specs for your engine and get the correct temperature unit.
