Hey Scotty, I have a 2010 Ford Mustang V6 4.0L 158k miles. My car mostly vibrates when I begin to step on the breaks or stop at a stoplight/stop sign. Is it because of the motor mounts?

@yaboig
If your car is shaking when you're breaking you need new brakes And possibly new rotors. And If you're hearing squeaking when you press down on your car, that's coming from your strut tower/ shocks I have a 2009 Ford v6 mustang and I've had a 2013 GT and it had the same problem. Ironically enough the same problem with brakes. Same problem with squeaking. I'm not trying to be mr know it all just your questions caught my eye
If it is like my Explorer it is because the trans to bellhousing bolts FELL OUT. Seriously! Yeah, go figure.
