Why is my speedometer not working sometimes?

Hello. Big fan of Scotty here from Balkans. I have a question about my car's problem. Recently I've bought a Peugeot 407 (please don't hate), had some work done on it, but certain problem persists even after having the mechanic look at it. Sometimes, not always, it turns on ESP and ABS error, "de-pollution system faulty" error, speedometer stops working, and it also loses a lot of power when this happens (pedal to the floor = barely any acceleration). The AC also doesn't blow cold air when this happens. So far it happens only when the car was exposed to the sun for several hours. My doubt is on electronics. What do you think it might be? Any insight would be of great help to me.

Car specs:

Peugeot 407 2.0 HDi 136 Hp

year 2007

Apparently your car goes to limp mode because it detects an issue with its anti pollution system. Have a pro scan the car to find out what the issue is.

Check your battery life, one common fault for multiple electronics to show problems is faulty battry.

1. Scan the battery and check its life and load test if possible.
2. Check and clean terminals, make sure the contact leads a bolted on tight.

Pray that fixes the problem, it gets complicated if it doesn't.
