Will oil extraction used at jiffy lube remove all the oil in my 2004 Honda Odyssey? They just started doing using this method and I’m skeptical that it doesn’t remove all the oil like it would if plug were pulled using conventional removal method.

My local oil change shop I’ve gone to for years used an oil extractor on my 04 odyssey ... which through me a curve. I asked why the change ? and they said this extraction method will save on wear and tear of my oil pan and plug.
It makes sense in theory but My question is

Does this extraction method on my Honda remove all the oil? Or is there a few more quarts left at the bottom and they are scamming me?
