Hello,
I am learning to be a Mechanic and I drive a nice little 1996, Automatic, Toyota, Avalon, I love her and named her Ava. However, I have been working on a problem since I got her 6 mouths ago, I got almost everything else wrong with her fixed, but not this one, it alludes me. Once she is warmed up, if you break hard, she idols very ruff. And I can not seem to find the reason or how to fix this problem. Help, please? I'm at my wits end.
Sincerely
Evie
Maybe test your brake booster and brake booster check valve

When you put on the brake, the brake booster is pulling manifold vacuum and if there is any kind of leak between the intake manifold vacuum take off, the brake booster connection point or the brake booster diaphram, it will make the engine run rough just like any other vacuum leak.
Ah! I will look into that, thanks guys! 😊
