Worth fixing or give up

Hello:

I got 2009 Camry Base AMT with 176000 miles on it. Since 6 months I am noticing oil consumption due to leak that I recently found out that it was related to timing chain cover leak, there power steering return line leaking and also VVTi gear rattling on cold starts too. Considering the expense of fixing it at around $2500 should I fix it? Or I should accept cash offers at $2000. There's no signs of rust or any other mechanical issues with the car. And it doesn't yet pull up any engine codes yet except P0101 which is recurring despite new MAF sensor.

Thanks.

Axel

Heck I'd fix all those things can last a long time and you're not going to get much for that small amount of money to get another car. Price out a new one and then you'll fix the old one
