| I'm continuing to struggle finding a sedan I actually enjoy driving without all the new technology and screen crap. Is this engine with the Ford fusion a reliable powertrain? It has 46,000 miles so I'm curious if it can hit 150k without a problem. Thank you | |||||

| Clicking sound when coasting on my 2016 Ford Fusion | 13Relevance | 3 years ago | stabby | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| Hello! I have a 2016 Ford fusion. I noticed when my windows are down I can hear a rapid clicking sound when coasting at lower speeds (less than 55 MPG). The sound goes away when I'm giving it gas. It kind of sounds like the sound a coasting bicycle makes. Also, not sure if its related, but just today my wife said it made a noise that sounded like an unusual downshift, then displayed a "See owners manual" with a gear icon on the dash display, but went away a minute later and hasn't happened again since. Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks,Jonathan | |||||
| 2010 Ford Fusion Sport A/C does not work when car is at idle. | 13Relevance | 3 years ago | camthi | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| Hello, I drive a 2010 Ford fusion Sport (3.5L FWD model) and I've been having A/C issues for the past 2 years. I have taken it to several mechanics and spent thousands of dollars trying to fix my A/C. This is what has already been replaced: Radiator, Compressor, Condenser, Evaporator Expansion Valve, A/C Hose, and the system has been recharged several times and has been checked for leaks. Every one of these repairs were not successful at fixing the main issue: the A/C does not cool when car is stopped/idling. It will cool slightly when moving, but as soo ... | |||||

| Reliability of 2.5L Ford Fusion ‘17.5? Maintenance? | 13Relevance | 3 years ago | DougSaveAround | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| Wife wanted another fusion, so I decided to go for a 2.5L for longevity. Also heard 2017.5 fixed battery issues (common ‘17 complaint). As far as maintenance, I’ve seen others opt for transmission fluid changes every 30k miles. Bought this one at 40k miles, previously FL owned (MI now). How durable are these transmissions? | |||||

| 2014 Ford Fusion- Decent? | 13Relevance | 3 years ago | adawg97 | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| Hi guys, I’m looking at a 2014 fusion SE with the naturally aspirated 4CYL. Would this be a good run around car as I can get it for under $12,000 with 131k miles. I’m just curious as to the reliability and any known issues with this model/year. I’m not expecting Toyota or Honda quality but if it can reach 200,000 miles I’d be happy. Thanks! | |||||
| Possible Coolant Leak in 2014 Ford Fusion | 13Relevance | 3 years ago | breakfastape | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| 2014/Ford/Fusion 273,000 Miles, Automatic. I've had to refill the coolant multiple times the last few months so I took it to two different Firestones and they could not find anything. Is there a chance it's something other than a leak? Also wondering if the fix is something I can manage on my own as considering the high milage I don't want to spend too much on the car if I can help it. Thanks! | |||||

| I got a 2008 ford fusion SEL v6 with 161,504 miles on it with a 6-speed automatic. I bought the car from an auction for $742. it was slightly crashed in the driver's front fender and rim. the crash messed up the control arm, hub assembly, and driver's side motor mount. it doesn't start but was running when crashed. it needs $800 worth of work done to fix it completely. it has a clean and clear title and being sel trim it has all the bells and whistles, it would be worth around $5500 all fixed. should I fix it myself or part it out? I own two other ford fusio ... | |||||

| Answer to: Should I buy a WRX or Fusion | 13Relevance | 3 years ago | Dad2LM2 | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| Very different cars. The fusion is a solid, if a bit pedestrian mid size sedan. The WRX is a frantic sports car with rally car aesthetics and tuning potential. What are your needs, wants, priorities? FWIW, I owned an ‘18 WRX for a few years. Excellent car for its intended purpose, but I was getting too old for it. | |||||

| Should I buy this non-running Fusion? | 13Relevance | 3 years ago | chaseando16 | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| Private Party 2007 Ford fusion SE with 204,800 miles. I am looking into one on Facebook Marketplace. It currently needs brake pads, tires, and a water pump pulley. It currently has everything it needs to run. I just have to put the belt on and test drive it. I know how to put belts on so would it be worth checking into getting and test driving? I had an 06 same model just one year older and it had 246k miles and ran fine. | |||||
