| OK so I have a 2012 dodge charger 6 cylinder 3.6 engine and its not starting up and when it does only when u press the gas and lightly hold it OK so I had my mechanic put on a throttle body , spark plugs , and a APP sensor which is the gas paddle & still didn't start so I had it towed to midas and the codes it threw out were po113 air intake pressure sensor ,p2111 electric throttle control, po222 throttle position control so they couldn't figure it out so I had it towed to meineke and they said it's no codes they think it's the computer but also my spar ... | |||||

| Good afternoon Mr. Kilmer, I know you’re an extremely busy man. I was hoping you’d be able to help me with a 2008 dodge charger 2.7 engine that ran a while and then just quit. I replaced the fuel pump & EGR valve as instructed. I removed the intake plenum and attempted to turn it over … bottom half spins / upper half doesn’t. It produces blue flames from the Intake area I believe. Lastly, it makes a sound as if the engine is gargling loudly. I’m not a mechanic any help would be greatly appreciated. Bill P. | |||||

| Definitely don’t buy the dodge charger, just lease it under warranty and return before it expires. As for alternate vehicles, I don’t know exactly what you are looking for - perhaps you can list your constraints under your post above. | |||||

| First off, don’t even consider buying the dodge charger (not built well and propensity for electrical issues as it ages), so it comes down to the Mazda3 vs Civic Si. Now the Mazda 6-speed Skyactiv-Drive automatic transmission is perfectly fine and true and tried so I would not back down from it. That being said, the Mazda3 you are considering with the manual transmission comes only with the 2.5L naturally aspirated I4 engine which, unfortunately, has cylinder deactivation and I would avoid that if you plan to keep the vehicle out of warranty and for a long ... | |||||

| Alright guys so i have a 2009 dodge charger 2.7L. I have a code on my car P0522 ( Engine Oil Pressure Sensor/Switch Low Voltage.) i changed the oil pressure sensor , and i changed the oil none of which helped. About 2 weeks later i got a p0344 (Camshaft Position Sensor “A” Circuit Intermittent) and now my car is in limp. My question would be do these 2 codes correlate? And if so which one would i fix to resolve the other code, or are these 2 completely different issues. Someone please guide me to the next step. | |||||
