| Answer to: Is the Tesla Model Y a work of art?! | 107Relevance | 3 years ago | Elon Dusk | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| There are happy and unhappy tesla owners. So, I'd say whether teslas are works of art or not, only people who own them have the appropriate rights to input their says. Everyone I know that drives a tesla loves it and owning a tesla is appropriate in their career and living situation. They are white collar workers, they own home, and make more than enough to afford tesla. This is a free country, you make your own money, you spend it how you like, I'm in no position to judge you. I own a '21 Toyota Camry XSE because I think the car is going to be good for me ... | |||||
| What is a Tesla worth? | 43Relevance | 5 years ago | kesterpaul62 | Submit Your Question HERE | |
| tesla is now worth 1 trillion dollars ($1,000,000,000,000). Toyota is worth about $250 billion dollars ($243 billion to be exact). How can tesla be worth that much money when they can't even build a car that can last 100k mileage problem free? If tesla's quality is lower than ever, how could it be worth that much? I also asked a question on here about tesla in general here: | |||||

| ... are in jeopardy, at least in the near term. Several C-Suite leaders at some of the biggest carmakers this week voiced fresh unease about the electric car market's growth as concerns over the viability of these vehicles put their multi-billion-dollar electrification strategies at risk. Among the surprising hand-wringing is GM's Mary Barra, historically one of the automotive industry's most bullish CEOs on the future of electric vehicles. GM has been an early-mover in the electric car market, selling the Chevrolet Bolt for seven years and making bold claims ... | |||||

| Posted by Dan Ew, What? Why does tesla have to do with it? tesla is an anti-repair typical US domestic car... I was kind of messing with you there, hence the "lol", but at the same time tesla is the posterchild for the EV revolution. We wouldn't be talking about EVs without tesla, like them or hate them. Starting with the Roadster in 2008 and the Model S in 2012, they showed the world that EVs were more than glorified golf carts; the Nissan Leaf while also early to come to market did not make a compelling case to switch to EVs. Then in 2017, tesla ... | |||||

| My dad wants to sell his 2000 Automatic transmission Avalon with 130k miles. it has a bunch of dents and the front bumper got hit by a deer so it has a little black outline where the car got hit. Bunch of black things stuck in the paint. He also wants to buy a tesla, because no catalytic converter able to be stolen. I don't want him to buy a tesla. | Hey Scotty and the community, Go to 5:13. What do you think of tesla partnering with Toyota? I think it's a worse relationship than Honda and GM. I kinda doubt tesla would use Toyota's future solid state battery with tesla's car body. I think they're doing it the other way around. Not a big fan of tesla | |||||

(heat pumps are standard equipment in 2023 on almost anything) I hope this is settled. Now onto your claims and to clear up some misconceptions: "Even up to 5+ kW if the vehicle is starting off very cold and the battery needs to be warmed up by a resistive heater" (source) The key here is electric resistance heater - that's not a thing anymore. | Undoubtedly to sell more cars. (There's a sucker born every minute.) tesla has learned how to build them cheaper, and has an advantage that most other manufacturers don't - tesla can pocket money taken from other companies due to the carbon credit scheme. (From what I've read that used to be the only profit tesla made, they made no money on the cars themselves.) | |||||
