Should I buy this Lexus?

To Whom It May Concern,

Looked at a 2013 Lexus IS 250 earlier today.  Plugged in the scanner to initially see that there were no default codes.  However, I video recorded when I checked the fuel trims while idling just before I started revving the engine:

At idling:

shrtft1 oscillated between 2.3 - 1.6%

longft1 oscilated between -5.5 - -6.3%

shrtft2 between 3.9 - stayed the same

longft2 b/w -4.7 - stayed the same

While revving the engine:

shrtft1 oscillated between 0 - -14.8%

longft1 b/w -4.7 - -6.3%

shrtft2 b/w 0 - -15.6%

longft2 b/w -2.3 - -4.7

The exhaust pipe also had fresh oil in it when I swiped my finger.

Given my crash course in inspecting used cars, I understand that this means the engine is running rich in oil. How serious of an issue is this?  Is it even worth it to buy?

Thanks again (in advance)!

If you got oil on the finger test don't worry about the fuel trims. Walk away

Thanks!
