I have a 2001 Honda Accord with 213,000 miles. The traction control light comes on after I hit 20 mph and stays on. I used my scan tool and it was a P1491 code. I had replaced my EGR valve about 5 years ago, so I'm not sure what could be causing the problem.

I would change the EGR valve. How many miles you drove after replacing it?
About 30,000 miles.

Was it an OEM valve?
I don't believe so, I took it to a GM dealership.
That might be the issue.
You can get a OEM Honda EGR valve online and have a mechanic install it. For good measure have a mechanic inspect the circuit and the TCS system.
